I initially received new window channel rubbers from SJ's. They were packaged by his supplier and unfortunately instead of a continous roll it was cut into 1 metre lengths. Not right so I contacted SJ's.
Steve there was apologetic and more than helpful. He quickly confirmed what the problem was and promptly mailed me a new roll of 6 metres in the one length at no additional cost.
Trying to maintain a rare car, like the Esprit here in the antipodes, can be a challenge at times but I love it when companies like SJ's go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction.
SJ's is one of those who under promise and over deliver. A diminishing breed and worthy of support. :thumbup:
