Its not a Vauxhall Lotus Carlton, its an Opel Lotus Omega (all the LHD ones were Opels):)

It would only go boom If its engine was knackered.:(

Mark Pfeffer up in St Louis assisted in the process of the owner getting it here. I believe it has only been in the states a short while.

No its different.

If its the Omega Im thinking about It was on ebay UK about 6 months ago.

It went for about $18,000 (9 thousand british pounds) I think.

Its a complicated car that requires a history of good maintenance, a bad one would be a financial and mental nightmare!

These are hot!!!! We have so many of these good looking cars on the road but I never get tired of hearing the noise from these things, they sound great and the new flared wheel arch look thats been out for some time now is a winner IMO.
