I had always love the look of the G cars.
But I did not here there is no such thing as a incredible deal when buying Lotus.

Well she is a in 1985 turbo Esprit Euro model

So there you have it. I got myself a barley running gray market cheap Lotus. :eek:

Thats a nice Looking Turbo Esprit you have there.:)

How do you get it smogged in California, bearing in mind its a ROW variant?

Is that colour L31 Lemon Yellow or something else ?

Welcome Mike! Euro model eh, so what differences are there?

BTW, hope everything is ok over there for you and that the fires there aren't getting to close.

As far as the fires we were and are safe. But everything and I mean EVERYTHING is covered in ash.

The Euro. model have a lot of small things different I'm told. interior: has smaller seats and half leather. the Glove box has no lock.
Motor: No smogg pump, different carburetors, I can even fit a Wheel in the rear boot

Smogged, I has a CA/EPA sticker. I take to someone who works with odd cars. I have no idea how they do it but it takes a day. The car then runs like hell then I try to get back to running smooth. And the circle goes on.

I'll post more pic's when I have time to photograph for my self

Dellorto carburetors are DHLA 40 vs DHLA 45 for usa. Sorry it took so long to reply

I see my far share of baby Lotuese (Elise). There are about 3 or 4 Esprits around here. All different styles I think I have the only S3.

I see a lot more porsches (here there like civics)and even more farreris then any Lotus.
