Hi guys I should have posted these up last week but better late than never. We have a concours delegance show every year here in Auckland for show cars of most European marques, so Club Lotus has a small stand there every year. My car was invited so I was wrapped to bits. I got the lower front splitter repainted in time and spent the previous week just detailing. Pics dont do it justice but looked a treat on the stand. Was a great day. :icon18:

What do you mean "pics dont do it justice", it looks magnificent!

There doesnt look to be a spec of rust or crud anywheres on the thing (unlike when you first got it)

Yes the DB9S is a joy to behold (and drive), I had one around here for a while (the headlights/tailights were designed and built in my friends factory down the road).

They are a real road mauler (with the traction control switched off) , blisteringly quick in fact.

We went over to the Aston-Martin factory last October and had a good look at them being built.

Heres a pic of the old Midnite Express pre-production prototype(now crushed):crying:

Hi Wayne yeah I remember when you told us about that car. So sad you wernt allowed to purchase it.

There were truck loads of beautiful cars, new Lambos fezzas, porkers you name it all there, but none of then did anything for me and I thought I was going crazy I had to go back to the Aston stand three times to see this sports pack version. The carbon fibre wing mirrors, rear difuser, lower front spliter and carbon kevler disc rotors really made it stand out. Oh and the rear lights arent they just the coolest. I would love one!

Thanks for sharing. To me that would have been an excellent show! I have never seen a Europa S in person and neither (believe it or not Kylie) a Sport 350! So I would have been thrilled for sure.

Arh you bet me to it Mods - thank you was going to move it :)

Thanks guys the car is far from perfect underneath but sure a lot cleaner now than 12 months ago.

The new Europas are nice cars and we have a few of them here now. It would have been nice to grab the 2-11 for the stand but its based in another part of the country so really these cars are from around the Auckland area. We only had a few slots so guess I was lucky.

The Elite is rare and worth quite a bit $$$. Its great to see it out and gets driven on a regular basis by the owner :)
