Unobtainium from Lotus.... Anyone have one is decent condition? All I really need is the cover not the switch. PO removed the hazard symbol with a chemical or something as its all white...

Sometime ago, maybe someone on LEF?, was going to have a run of stickers made for all the switches. I never heard anything more of it though? Anyone... anyone...?

However, a sticker is the wayt to go and in truth I bet it would not be a hard thing to create... I must look into this.

I tried the sticker route but it was too shiny and not black enough....

If you want to give it a shot. I have all the images digitized in various formats except CAD.

I also thought of using parts of a Saab 900 switch. It has the same graphic.

I could be wrong but it looks like a pre 1995 Range Rover Classic/ Land Rover Defender one to me.:)

In order to get it dark around the symbol, a foil back sticker would need to be used... I need to look around a bit to see what I can find but I think it is doable...

Looks like it could well be Jimmy, but are there any Maestro's left to rob one off?:(

Update:

Paul Matty SportsCars still have them! £11.80 at current rates that is about $17.00 US Dollars.

I also bought the Saab 900 switch to see if the hazard symbol can be separated from the switch and placed into the Esprit switch. I'll post results when I get the parts.
