Private Invite Car Run Pics 27 Sept 09

Hi guys, a few weeks ago I organised a private invite of sports cars for a mystery tour in the country and a vineyard stop for lunch. We had a great day out and managed to get everyone to the end of the trip without mishap. Awesome fun. As you can see loads of Lotus and TVR, two Ariel Atoms, a Cobra, plus a few more to mix it up. I ended up with around 20 cars in convoy and around 40 people to organise lunch for. Well worth organising and I hope to do more of these runs again soon. Happy Days :icon18:

The last stop was the final mystery destinations stop at Hyper Cars.
This is one off concept car not yet mass produced for the market and still in development mode, but its been heavily marketed here in NZ. Its almost 100% built here by kiwis in a back yard shed out in the middle of nowhere.

I`m not often lost for words but this is the second time today,looks like you did a first rate job Kylie and also found an impressive variety of cars,the "Fred in a shed " car looked a nice thing,first time I`ve seen an Atom driver without his restraints on,can`t imagine how difficult it must be to run a speed six TVR out there so hats off to all of you.PS I noticed that Sport 350+ had snuck into the car park again.:)

Awsome fun! I am filled with envy that such a large group will come out to play. The largest group we have ever managed in Mobile, AL was 7. It is good to see that not every place is filled with apathetic people with paper weights that appear to be fun cars!

Thanks guys it took a few weeks of planning and driving over the roads to ensure everything was going to be perfect. Clockwork, 6 speed cars love it here there are so many unpopulated roads to enjoy them on. One of my close mates is a touring race car driver in spare time and used his brand new Golf GTi as the pace car out front. I hate to say it but nobody could catch him hehe!

the V 8 on the front engine car that is being built looks nice.... love the front shock assembly too.

I sent the picture to a buddy who designed March race cars and he was impressed.
