Interesting read... It seems, as I understand things anyway, that Lotus can go on with Lotus and Team Lotus can do the same. The 2 have been separated for decades. David hunt previously owning 1 and Lotus/Proton owning "Lotus". The situation is not as ridiculous as the players are created it to be IMO. :001_unsure:
