Hey guys, just dropping by from that "other forum", 2005 Elise, Columbus, GA.
(I'm a longtime Lotus guy, with 2 Esprits and an M100 in my past.)

I'm thinking about going back to the stock exhaust, car is so loud with Quicksilver. Will I regret it? Love that F1 sound:), but my ears hurt.:(

A couple more classics here, tired but running.
Both need some TLC to get back to daily driver status...

1970 Europa S2 "bugeye" (late 1969 type 65)
with the Hermes Kit (1x45DCOE and headers)
and the ELSE finned rocker cover.

1976 Elite 503 S1 (late 1975 build)
with the Euro 2x45DHLA intake setup.

Maybe I am already deaf (and my wife too), we go for all day drives in the mountains and with header/no-cat/StageII (now Von Hep) we don't feel too bad. It is WORSE with the top on.......I think you'll miss the sound :cool:

I'm the original owner of the car. In Sept 2003 I purchased the Esprit from Lotus of Atlanta as a "leftover." The car had less than 300 miles on it and the dealer said that was from delivering it from the Lotus US warehouse to the dealership. It came with the 2002 rims for no charge. I also received an extra set of floor mats and I have the glass top too. Since I was the original owner I also received the 2 year warranty on the car.

During the initial 2 years it was my daily driver and the only time it left me stranded was when I had a tire blowout (spare was flat too!).
