Read on another forun that it was after Stoneleigh and it took around a hour to get the driver out of the car.

He was OK just stuck.

It was after the 40th event at the factory. The wheels of the Audi had jammed his doors so he was stuck in there looking at a hot exhaust and a fuel tank, scary stuff. The Fire Brigade jacked the Audi up enough for him to get out and iirc a fireman drove the Elise off the road to open it back up to traffic.

When you see that scene you realise how strong the structure of the Elise really is!:)

At least the guy had the honesty and courage to admit he was at fault, and says it added stress to his heavily pregnant wife (hope she wasn't in the car when this happened).:eek:
